Been doing very little field work in the Charles C. Deam Wilderness area, due to the weather.
Have a KX-3 and the KX-2 for camping work. Have a Buddypole and need to try it first weekend I get to thr forest.

Portable operation as /9

I've been in Indianapolis now for 5 years. I'm mainly a CW operator and for
the last 8 years, strictly QRP. I use a Wilderness "Sierra" on 9 bands. I do have several
Tentec 509's and a bunch of other kit radios.
